The doctor's office scale is one lb less than my home scale. I'm trying to decide if I just go by my home scale or if I should subtract one lb from my results.

I really tried to only eat one serving of the fruit candy. Only tomorrow is grocery day and I didn't have much in the kitchen for quick to make food and I got really hungry and sorta munched on the rest of them, on and off, through the evening. I really wanted to avoid the sugar. I can't have stuff like that in the house. I have no will power. Yet other types of candy, I can make a box last anywhere from a week to a month. No candy for Kristy.

Last night I stopped at the hardware store and bought those fruit slice candies on a whim. I didn't expect to eat enough to count as a meal. But i did. They have been put away now, to be parceled out daily, not eating three servings while sitting in my car reading a book.

I took off what I forgot to eat (the greek yogurt) and the food I didn't get to make because I couldn't get the kitchen until to late at night. No wonder I'm so hungry this morning. only got 1200 cal yesterday. Although my nutritionist would be find with the occasional 1200 day. She gave me a 1200 cal option and a 1500 cal option. So I usually aim for one as a low and the other as a high.
