Yang lagi cutting, boleh banget sih nyobain Jalan Kaki (LIIT) di luar jadwal workout ya.
Nambah2in aktifitas yang mageran kaya aku 😅
It works sih kalo di aku, lumayan cepet ngebantu angka timbangan ke kiri.
1 jam jalan santai lumayan bisa 200> kcal
