Push Day rotation 2. Had to push myself just a little today. A little disgruntled with the lack of control and form on yesterday's workout. Need to buy straps and work on my grip strength. I've taken the time to input my 3000kCal plan into my fatsecret app today. Wish I was tracking my intake in July and August. Those were busy months with the big move though so I know my eating was all over the place at that time.
Based on the info I have here and on my exercise app, I believe 3000kCal could be my number. Though 3100kCal was the calculation I got from here, we'll start 100kCal lower.

Whoaaaaa. Down we go 😆 Still kind of early to say, but it's expected. Lower kCal+more intense workouts=weight loss. I haven't been this physically tired in soooooo long. Love it. Feels like all my meals are earned.
From what I can see, I feel better around my mid section. The workouts have been making me feel more functional than before where I felt so rigid physically focusing on one muscle group at a time. I like functional. I like my food choices too recently.
I think before I go below 160, I need to find my sweeter spot for kCal. I know we shouldn't be staring at the scale, but I feel anything below 160 even muscle wise is not what I'm looking for.

Rest Day scheduled, but I couldn't do it! Went into the second rotation of this new routine today. I made a new Playlist and was super excited to get it going.
It's so great that I'm pushing/pulling weights I thought I'd never get back to again. Motivates me more to keep my eating on track to give my body the best chance to break plateaus and beat myself every session.
If I don't do another rest day, though I think I will, it's 5 days of eating right to my next Upper Day to continue my progression to my next best self.
So far, I haven't lost weight eating 300kCal on average less. Let's see how the next 5 days go.

Leg Day. I wasn't really looking forward to this workout though in some way I was. Some time earlier this year, my left leg locked out while I was lying in bed. I felt a clicking and something wasn't feeling too right. Long story short, there's a loose body in my left knee. Possible degeneration or trauma to the knee (I cannot recall one happening), realizing today it might be cause I'm flat footed 😅
Regardless of this, I completed today's workout with caution and control. Just to be safe now, I don't workout with weights over my shoulders in case my knee locks out while doing Barbell Squats or Standing presses.
I did enjoy the hip Thrusts. I haven't done this since May 2022. Loved that 🔥
Foodwise, vector cereal with Almond milk has been my saving grace to get to my calories over the last 3 days. Need to get more of a routine going though so I'm not so dependent on it.

Pull Day. Always been an opportunity for me. Looking to really focus on building my back and posterior chain this time around.
Haven't done pull ups in a while or Tbar Rows. Loved it. Looking forward to the next Pull Day.
Yesterday I missed a meal so I was really looking around to see what i could scrounge up after dinner. Got a protein Smoothie in with some oats.
Today I'm off work so I can be sure to get the calories I need.
