so i'm getting my ass in gear. i'm trying to undo what i did over thanksgiving. i've gone running 3 times this week. 2 of those days i ran/walked 5 miles in 1 hour. i never knew i could do that.
it's funny because in high school i never ran. ever. i would walk with all the other girls and when the teacher asked why we weren't running, i remember goth girl danielle saying "i'm bleeding" and the teacher left us alone. anyways. i've only been running since the beginning of summer and i feel i've come so far and i still love to do it.
can anyone update me on how flex points work. i've pretty much had all my points for the day and it's not even 4 pm. this is what i get for waking up at 4am for work everyday. i eat a lot more. but i know i'll be hungry later and i want to still be able to eat.

i truly don't believe it. i don't know what scales to believe. last week at yesenia's i weighed myself at 152. there is no way that i could have gained that much in a week. i'm so disappointed in myself if it's true. time to get back on track.

i had a vanilla latte and a peanut butter cookie today and i don't feel guilty about it. i've earned that shit. i've been doing so well with eating right and working out, i'm actually proud of myself. i tried on my brown pants today. they are in fact my most favorite pants, they are a size 8, i bought them at express for $8 about 2 years ago, and could never wear them because they were too tight that they would barley button and would cut off circulation to my vag. haha but now they're even loose on me, i'm so excited.
and that's how i'm measuring my weight loss goals, not so much by pounds, but how i look in clothes or the activity i do, or what i choose to eat. it's all changed now, and for the better. my goal is to run mile square park without stopping, (about 4 miles) by the end of the year. i can do 2 right now, walk 1/2 mile, run 1 mile, then walk 1/2.
i also don't think i want to lose any more weight. i'm around 153 lb. give or take a few, but i hate that my clothes don't fit and i can't afford to buy more, i hate looking baggy. plus i think that my body type needs it. my goal is 145, and i wanna hit that by the end of the year. if not, i'm sticking to where i am and just tone my body.
we shall see.

i weighed in at 152, then ate and went back up to 153, but then i used the potty so im sure i went down again. i'm counting this!
