restart last week
keeping carbs around 30g net/day
dairy keeps them up but I like my cream and yogurt.
total grain free
added coconut oil and milk yesterday. see what/if difference
note that hands are still achy but it has just been a weeks ince a real grain/wheat binge and added sweets creeping up since Feb or so slowly slowy..
recording foods to get a good feel for how much/what I can eat to keep in a certain zone.
what I like abut keeping dairy in is that it also helps keep my protein up.
it is largely full fat hi fat and fermented.

Replaced Splenda with Stevia a couple of months ago and noticed since then I am losing more smoothly.
Sam diet habits..low carb no wites with indugences every few weeks. Hve come to accet that is the wy it is an overll much better than the past.
The other item now omitted from my diet is soy protein powder. It was handy to make ashake in the morning..
Have been having plain high fat yogurt with hemp hearts (seed)as I just cannot do heavy bacon and eggs on any kind of regular basis.
Have not weighd myself for months. uessing I may be around 175 or or??
My measurements dont seem much different either except my bust is not as full. I am happy moving along at this pace. Have had no exercise really other than walking and out with dogs and round house.
Normally I will gain in a winter so this is the second wnter I have lost and am very happy.

On a real plateau for a long time ( 6 months)and had days/weeks where it was hard to stay on my plan because of travel and other circumstances.
The past month have been able to do that more closely and have lost more weight.
Will be able to keep a steady meal/eating plan the next few months and plan to lose 20 lbs.

oh off the cart a bit..
wanted some fresh ace artisan calbresi bread..then felt like a turkey stuffing frozen meal by stoufer, fettucini alfredo..a small Oekler spinach and cheese pizza..only had 1/4 = to one slice.
not that bad really..couple of days of extra carbs..
I just did not feel like cooking anything..over a couple of days.
did not count the carbs somewhere around 100 or so..per day.
3 Lindt chocolate truffle balls..first chocolate in 2 months.
oh yes and the raspberry Viva Puffs..why oh why do I like those so much!!
well I only ate 5 and left the box in the car.
Not sure if i should just finish it off..and get it over with or throw it out. I'm going to toss the rest..i can feel myself resisteing ..but will do it.
