Another successfull day for me. NO CHEATING. I am so happy. I feel as though I am back. I am back on track and really hoping to keep it going this way. I walked today for 1 1/2 hours it was so freaking hot when I got home my clothes where completly wet there was not one part that was dry (Yuck)it was so hard to get my clothes off. I was completly discussted. But I guess sweating is good.
I made some spring rolls and they where delicious.
1 spring roll package (25 pieces)
Filling # 1: for 15 rolls
1 large-meduim potato
1 medium onion
2 oz x-lean ground beef
salt, pepper and allspice
bake potato in micrawave oven for 6 minutes poke with fork before.
spray pan with cooking spray add onions
then add meat. Add pototo from microwave with not skin.
Mix all together add salt, pepper and allspice.
spoon into eggroll then fold and roll.
Filling # 2: for 10 rolls
1/2 bag of frozen mixed vegetables. Saute in pan with 1 medium onion and some cooking spray.
Add salt and allspice.
spoon into spring rolls skins, fold and roll.
Place foil on oven rack or in baking try and spray foil with cooking spray.
Place egg rolls ends facing down on foil and give a light brush of egg white or cooking spray over eggrolls. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn egg rolls and bake for another 10 minutes.
1.5 points per roll for the potato and meat.
1 point for the vegy eggroll.

Did good yesterday and had a good breakfast start today - Buckwheat pancakes. Yummy... Can't wait till saturday's weight in. I am really hoping I lost a little. I will be happy even if it was to be just 1 lbs. Just so I see I am going in the right direction- DOWN.

The stress, frustration and the overwhelming day-to-day life is still there. But I am really happy with myself that I am back on track. Today is the second day I am doing good and stuck to my points. NO CHEATING AT ALL. So I feel really good and feel as though I am back with the routine that kept me strait.
I know that I have back tracked two weeks that where so terrible but at least I stopped the mad eating and cheating this soon rather then when I have gained all the weight back (all 19 lbs). I am going to stay and finish what I started with out giving up once and for all I am going to stick to it and reach my goal. That’s final!

I keep falling off track. It seems as though I am committed for just a few hours and then it all goes down. I feel extremely bad. I feel like as though I have not accomplished all I had set out to do a few months ago with such determination, commitment and motivation. I am really not sure how I am going to get back on track with out falling off every few hours. I have also been binge eating my stress and hard days away. I am not managing my stress at all. I do not know what to do. What can I focus one to release stress and frustration other then food? Exercise just seems to add on more stress and has not been helping. Its as though I feel like the boiling "ME" needs some cooling off by Ice cream, Cake, cookies, Frappuccino’s and lots of food PERIOD. Anything but "Diet Food" or has been used for diet food. What am I going to do? I was so motivated and now its as though I am about to gain everything I lost and all that hard work was for nothing.

OK. So this week I gained 4 lbs but last night while in bed not able to fall asleep I decided I am going to give it another go. So I started breakfast with my usual cereal 4 points and I am planning to start writing in my journal again as of right now. I am going to really try and not stress out and take things a little easier. I am not sure how I am going to do that but I am just going to try and relax and not over think everything all of the time. I am really hoping to not let last week discourage me from continuing with my journy to weight loss success.
