Three days finally over. I was hungry most of the time. Water relieved that at times, but I wasn't able to fool myself all day long. 😋 Ah, well, next three days will be before the next new moon. I will do buckwheat days then.

Entering my second day of fruit and tea days. I must admit I ruined yesterday's regime by eating a triangle of processed cheese for dinner. I was very hungry the whole day, and sitting at the table with my family just kicked me into breaking the rules. 😁

I suppose this sudden loss of a whole kilo is due to yesterday's standing up and having 100 g of almonds for the whole day at work. Still, I had some chicken for dinner... I hope I manage to keep this new weight.

After the fruit and tea days I'm still at these kilos. I hope to keep and even reduce them, so next full moon I'm doing the days again.
