Haven't weighed myself at home yet. I need to get a new scale. My old one was mechanical, and it went belly up. 🙄 I'm keeping busy making a handful of masks for one of my cousins. I have no idea what kind of progress I'm making. most days I hit my calorie goal, some days are under. I have a few that are over. It is what it is. On average, I'm on point. Pool exercise 3 days a week, for about 30 to 45 minutes. That's good as far as I'm concerned. Now, for a new scale this weekend. I hate not being able to clean up around here, and not being able to go for walks, to do more than just sit and sew, or watch TV. I know I'll get there eventually. Just have a tad bit of the impatients! Off now to sew. Everyone have a great day and You got this!!!🐾😺

I hate when a Dr rushes you, and won't let you get a word in. This +#$&@, told me my weight caused my hip problem, try pain management, I'll put in a request for Pittsburgh, because we can't do anything right now. see you, bye. I was in the office not even 5 minutes. 🤬. Hopefully, my Community Care will let me go back to the other Orthopedic dr that listened!

Bought a rice/vegetable steamer this weekend. I have 8 eggs in it right now. They will be my breakfast later this week. Also picked up some baby carrots and a few turnips. Maybe I'll poach some chicken thighs for lunch! First full week back at FS. Have a great day! Stay safe and stay focused 💖!😘

I decided that Sunday would be my do not record day. Talked it over with my husband, and he said it might be a good idea. Not a cheat day per say. I'll still be aware, and conscious of what I'm eating. I just won't worry about if I go over a little bit. It isn't a license to eat everything in sight. Monday through Saturday I ll record what I eat, and be vigilant. Back to the pool tomorrow evening. I love going there! Have a great evening everyone!👍
