Not as good a loss as I had hoped for. I know exercise is the key but am finding it hard to get back into my exercise routine. Starting tomorrow, I will strive to find the time and energy to exercise every day!

Had a gain this week. I didn't exercise as much this week. So back to exercise and hopefully a loss next week!

I am thrilled with a loss from 2 weeks ago! Not much of one, but a loss none the less. I switched to low carb on June 9th and it seems to be working. I will continue to ride my bike and do the low carb thing and hopefully lose some more weight after basically staying the same for a very long time! I want to see some new numbers on the scale!! Well, it's kinda what I expected. Cheated on Memorial Day and that would be the cause of the gain. But I did work out every day at least once and most days twice so I feel like I have accomplished one of my goals. Next week I will definitely have a loss!!!
