I always prefer my pre workout to be light and very effective. I have kept Oats and Black coffee as my pre workout from a whilw now and it has worked amazing for me. Before this one I used to eat 100gram Rice n black coffee bt that would upset my stomach.

69.15..... Past 3 days Haven't been productive at all. Lost 1 Kg due to excess amount of running without my proper diet.

Some simple Breakfast followed by Whey Prtein Shake 27gram isnt bad at all.
