Hi Guys,
My friend came over lastnight and downloaded some virus and firewall stuff??? It was late when he did this so we had dinner and watched a little television and forgot all about checking on it. So I guess I'll check it when I get home today. I am also going to do the same for my daughter's computer.
I have not been on the scale since I recommitted myself to the diet. I haven't even been tempted to weigh in. I guess it's because I am so disgusted with myself right now. I am working on this diet very hard. The temptations are so overwhelming. Yesterday, one of the Psychologist handed me two Christmas candy bars and a Christmas reese peanut butter cup. I could smell the chocolate through the wrappings. I placed it on my desk and watched it and smelled it all day yesterday. I knew that if I took it out of the hospital that I would eventually eat it so I put it in one of my co-worker's mailbox at work. I know this was bad but I just couldn't throw it away. If this wasn't enough one of my co-worker went to the vending machine yesterday and got her a honeybunn and when she got hers another one fell. What did she do with the extra one? She puts it on my desk! I don't even eat honeybunns and I know that they have like almost 4 days worth of carbs in just one! My sugar carvings were so high that I actually wanted the dern thing! I got up from my desk and took that honeybunn and put it in the bathroom trash! Last but not the least, another co-worker came in yesterday with a box of chocolates that she had wrapped and gave it to me to show appreciation for a favor I had previous did for her. I took the candy and put it in the back seat of my car and went home. I was afraid that someone would see me throw it away. It is still in the backseat of my car today. All this candy and chocolate teasing while TOM is still hanging around....STRESSFUL! STRESSFUL! Yesterday was a trying day y'all! I hope everyone is staying strong!

You Guys, I think I have downloaded a virus on my computer! My girlfriend has a Myspace page so I decided to set me one up. Well, I tried to be more creative with my layout and downloaded one from this web site. Now, I am getting all this porn crap from all of these crazy sites! I would X out of one site and 15 or 20 more sites will pop up! I have never seen so much crap in all of my days.... well I've seen some carzy things in my life, but not on my computer! Anyway, I can't even use my home office computer because everytime I get into my email, fatsecret, local newspaper site....any site, it kicks me out and sometimes the computer turns itself off! Lastnight, I was lying in basement and I woke up to use the bathroom and I heard singing coming from upstairs. I swear my heart was about to jump out of my chest because I knew that everything was off upstairs, well, when I got upstairs I followed the noise into my office. Guys, my computer was doing some crazy things. The Alvin and The Chipmunks were singing some Christmas song, there were live porn going on, it was just so crazy! The computer wouldn't let me shut it down, so I tried just pressing the power button and still couldn't get the computer to turn off! Finally I just pulled the plug! Is there something that I can do to save my computer or is it a total lost?

Hey Guys,
TOM is here and I am tired an miserable. I'm just going to crawl back in my basement and go to sleep. I will be stronger tommorrow. I was suppose to be in military mode today but TOM isn't letting me do that.
Oh! the scale read 195.4 so I guess I'm a little upset about that too.
I hope everyone is doing well and I will check in tomorrow with a smile on my face.

Good Morning!
I had the best hotdogs and ice cream lastnight. I did not want it to end!!!!!!! I was so happy while I was eating. It was so insane!LOL!
Today is my start day and I feel good about starting. I feel that this weight is going to come off so easy. My exercise will start today. I wish I could get up early enough to walk my treadmill before coming to work. I'm not a morning person so I don't think this will ever happened! I hope everyone have a great day!
