I will begin my 2 day LAWL dextor tomorrow (Sunday). It really doesn't look that bad. I can eat the required meat and greens for the next 2 days. Monday I will be picking up my meal plan and will be able to see what this is all about.
If anyone has any helpful hints for a first timer I would certainly appreciate the input.
