Quick 2 hour, 7 mile hike on my favorite trail before sunset. Came home, showered & dinner was ready. I made her lunch, she made me dinner... life is good. Burned 1,200 calories & ate almost 1,000. Still in a big deficit today... good scale day tomorrow 🤞

I normally only weigh myself (or at least record on FS) once a week because the ups and downs are less important than the trend. But after struggling to lose a pound over 3 weeks, all of a sudden I’m losing weight every day. I’m not complaining, but it’s so odd that I’m doing the exact same things (for the most part except now I’m doing health meditation and affirmations at night before bed), but all of a sudden I’ve had more scale movement in a few days than I had in nearly 20 days prior to this week. Really odd... but I’ll take it.

I never thought this day would come! I’ve been bouncing around at 171-172 forever... but finally below 170 for the first time since I was 18 years old. However, I’m flabbier now than I was then. So not really a fair comparison until I get body fat under 20% (21.5% as of today).
