Start of week 2 of the challenge, feeling pretty good, initial chunk of weight down so now it'll be smaller bits and pieces, but I'm okay with that.

Dinner by myself on Thursday, was supposed to be a date (with dinner), but turned out to be a beer in a bar, with an hour and half of (trying) to get to know each other conversation. Said he had to get up for work at 4 AM, so nothing further was mentioned about food.
Said he'd call Saturday, well, it's Saturday and haven't gotten a call or text. doesn't surprise me in the least. Just tired of putting myself through this in trying to find a nice gentleman I can care about and want to spend time getting to know. Ugh, the whole dating thing is so overrated!!
So, took myself off to Old Chicago and had spagetti pie and a brew. Didn't go over the calorie count as all I'd eaten all day was a banana and cup of tea.

More water weight, I'm still not exercising at all, but I'll take what I can get at this point. Not feeling well doesn't lend itself to a regular exercise regime, but I'm trying hard to keep moving even if it's just walking back and forth from the kitchen to the bedroom.
Didn't fall asleep til 5 am, which is also another challenge, since I'm not on the same "day" schedule as everyone else, but I just skootch the times to coincide with what a regular day is and it seems to work well. So, the banana I had this morning was actually at noon. Still drinking lots of water, which is a plus for me.

So far, so good. Haven't really craved anything, aside from some sweets. Assuaged that with the last two chocolate chip cookies in the cookie jar and Fiber One Oat and Chocolate fiber bars. As long as I'm staying within my calorie count for the day, I don't feel bad about those. Plus, they say when you deny yourself any treats, that's when you're more likely to splurge.
Haven't really even felt any hunger pangs, so that tells me that a lot of the extra weight was just mindless eating. Boredom, emotional, etc. Gotta cut that out.
