Sebelum mulai pola hidup sehat, Bb awal 56 dengan TB 148. sudah terbayang kan betapa bantat nya aku:( lemak sana sini, padahal aku.waktu smp sampe kelas 3 kurus banget. pas masuk kuliah, mulai deh BB ningkat. lemak nampol sana sini:((
skrg, Bb turun jadi 50. udh mulai olahraga 2 bulan lalu, cuman atur pola makan dimulai pas puasa. tapi, tetep aja, temen tiap ketemu bilang "kok makin gemuk aja nih?"

padahal, perjuanganku....

kalo lgi pengen ngemil? ngemil aja jangan takut :) kalo lg pengen makan mie? makan aja daripada gelisah kebawa tidur. kalo lg pengen nyomot kue pra lebaran, comot aja sebelum abis tinggal bubuk:(. Asal sadar porsi, gak over dan terus on track :)))) Diet jangan nyiksa, enjoy aja, perlahan tapi pasti 😍😍😍🤗
