I'm realizing that my job now has me sitting on my butt more than I was before 🤣
I am probably not burning as much calories now as I was before. Might need to rethink the kCal if I'm not seeing further results in the mirror.
On the gym side of things, today was PULL day. My Pull ups are getting MEANNNNN 💪🏽💪🏽 I'm working on variations now and I have the best control of pull ups than I ever had since starting my fitness journey.
Still doing the cold showers. I'm casually walking into them now.
Change is always hard in the beginning. When it becomes a habit, it's awesome.

Did a late afternoon workout again yesterday. Like I said, different beasts workout at that time. I realize now it seems to be the power lifters. Different crowd, different mindset.
Today, I'm back to my regular 5am workout. Missed it!
I under ate on Saturday so I made up for it with a pasta dinner last night 😊
Today, back to regular eating schedule. Push Day was real work. I felt like a rest day was a good idea haha. Might just be cause i worked out yesterday afternoon, I was feeling fatigued slightly. Pushed anyways and I hit my max rep ranges on Incline for first 2 sets. Should be hitting for all 3 sets next cycle! And then, graduate weight!

Early morning at work today. So, we did a late afternoon workout. It's a different breed of beasts in the afternoon, but it's a welcome uncomfortable. Today was Upper Body after yesterday's Leg workout which jumped into an Asian Buffet cheat meal dinner for a birthday celebration. I tried to stick to the less oily stuff, but gave myself some room to celebrate cause I deserved it too.
Upper Body later in the day was tough. Went into it with an anticipated head ache. Usually happens when I don't get my pre workout or have a rest day. I was trying to have a rest day but needed the gym 🤣. The absence of caffeine in the morning I'm pretty sure by now is the trigger.
Back to clean eating though so we can power through this 5th cycle. I really should take a rest day though....
Oh man... my thoughts are pretty scattered.
I'm looking forward to my regular Early mornings again starting Monday. Tomorrow will be another late afternoon day for Lower Body.

PUSH DAY today. I seem to have hit my plateau on Incline Presses. We'll see what happens on the next Push Day. if so, we'll need to figure something out to push forward.
Nutrition has been great. Hovering around the 3000kCal target.
I've been feeling really good and very capable. My blood flow is great. My stamina is great. We're rocking and rolling. Always room for improvement. When you work on yourself, the possibilities are endless. ALWAYS PUSH YOURSELF BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WILL!

For whenever I've slightly over eaten I have under eaten in the last couple of days by accident. It all works out 😅 I walkways forget I have some room to eat after dinner 😁
Today's workout I hope ne er falls on a Monday again. Upper Body day is my more lengthy routine and since my gym opens at 5am, I run out of time before I need to head into work. I will need to work around that. Today, I really pushed to hit all max rep ranges to "graduate" whatever weight I've been on for the last 2 cycles. I did 80% if them and look forward to the next Upper Body day to complete the 20%.
