I wasn't going to post weight today but i have been doing Monday and Thursday so I better keep the trend up. Also my bs for the last week has been under 120 every morning. Better than the 150 to 160 readings. Also bp has went down to normal now without taking the pills Dr prescribed. So as long as it stays down that's one pill down. still have more to go but I KNOW I WILL DO IT!

up and down, up and down. lowered calorie intake and exercising more. I don't know what the deal is, maybe muscle maybe nothing. I'll just keep plugging away and see.

buying groceries today, the man in front of me said boy that all looks like healthy food I hope you have some bacon in all that. I replied it is all healthy to which he replied you are a role model. kind made me feel good!
