Now, just got home about an hour ago and decided to not cheat myself, and be brave and add the double whopper and fries and I had on the way home.
I have eaten so much trash today and it was all pretty good, crappy, salty, fatty indulgent and I hate to say, I really enjoyed both KFC and BK...but man do I feel bloaty and tired now.
Looking forward to having a light day tomorrow and already know I do not want to eat any trash for a little while, I remember now how lethargic trashy food can make you feel...and not to mention the huge number of calories and fat involved.
I have gone 124 cals over my RDI, but, I am ok with that as I have done pretty well the rest of the week so won't be expecting too much of a dent in my progress.

Been out on the road today, so decided to eat out, only had a coffee at brekkie and could not be bothered with making anything, but had a huuuuuge lunch, at KFC, a fantastic treat but some heavy duty calories ingested.
Had a zinger box meal, and they had no hot wings ready, so gave me a piece of chicken breast instead, and then a few minutes later, the serving girl came over and said, hey here are a couple of hot wings for being so patient and understanding...wowee...have not had KFC for a while now so was super pleased...and all for the reasonable sum of £5...
So back out to another job and will worry about the rest of my day's food later...

So had another decent day, food has been great again.
I have been very busy with work, so spent about 10 hours at the computer again, which means I have not gotten out much.
I have eaten more today than yesterday but I am still a good 500 cals under my RDI.
Must try to get out for some activity tomorrow or at least get out of the chair more...

Had a really good day today, been busy, mostly at my desk, as is my usual sedentary self, but I have managed to do some cooking and prep for tomorrow's food, done some housework, fixed a couple of PCs and helped my buddy move out some of the cabinets and similar stuff from his kitchen as he is doing some renovations.
Really pleased I overcame my desire to drive to his place, which is only 15 mins walk, I opted to walk back home too instead of taking a lift from him, so got 30 minutes walking in too and nicely recorded it on my Google Fit thing/phone and took a few pics on my walk home.
Food wise, really happy too, as I am about 1000 cals under my RDI, so a double bonus.
Looking forward to tomorrow and the week.
