Dinner: very spicy stir-fry with tofu for 470 kcals. Couldn't add noodles as I already went over my daily kcals thanks to beer and peanuts during the game...🙄

First meal of the day (can't really call it breakfast anymore) for 585 kcal, after a 30 min run. Porridge with banana and mango purée, cherries and peanut butter. Then coffee, tea and half of a rusk cake piece. Veery satisfying!
