add a MIM with pecan and slmond slices to an evening snack. have to calculate numbers. mostly flax meal with about 2 TBSP almond flour. used coconout oil.

Yesterday Dec 18 was total blowout in carbs and calories with too may . Out shopping and work Xmas dinner. Hope my past several days of being diligent are not clown away. Mt hands ache again even though I have bn taking the gluten ease and digest gold frequently. Next few days I will be very strict and have lots of bone broth and gelatin and as few carbs as possible. I could kick myself..thinking it would be okay of course I did not really realize just how many carbs I was eating.

taking one gluten ease with any dairy or possible gluten contact. taking one DG with any amount of a meal esp fatty/protein ie with coffees in AM. L-glutmine sometimes, gymnema sylvestre 1-2x/day to see if this affects carb/sweet craving. it does give me an almost constant sweet taste in my mouth.

have been taking digestive enzymes since Oct and just got a new order Digest Gold/Gluten Ease /repair gold..a week ago and taking that on a regular basis with meals. also taking Gymnema Sylvestre 2x/day and drops as needed. I have seriously cut back on dairy other than yogurt and HWC and odd cheese now and then. Take the gluten ease with it.
reducing my calories to 1200/day /Jenny Ruhl and my own instainct as I have not lost weight for amny month and still feel a bit bloated now and then,
I do feel much better when I take the enzymes and my "rash" has been healing-less flare up/extreme itching. slowly the bumps are receding.
