Feeling so much more positive! Today was the first day in 2 weeks that i actually got through without putting any bad food in my mouth. Gym sesh was great. I know im soo all or nothing- and i can tell im sci to being ALL GOOD! yeeow! Hope your all feeling as optimistic as i am today!! X x

i binged.
i binged like there was no tommorow. 2 days of eating pretty terribly and then last night i had -- cherry slice, lasagne, entire packet of hot cross buns with butter (thats 8!), hedgehog slice. all at once ...yuck!!
this is exactly me problem, im SO all-or-nothing. as soon as i got sick and couldn't exercise my eating went out the window. absolutely hating myself atm :( im going to reserect this and eat extremely low calorie for the next few days. lots of salad and veg for me.

Im sick :( sinis infection, ear infection, throat and chest infection aww.
i know im sick because of the emotional stress i had. I was vomiting.with anxiety and very upset, and now im really sick as a result. Such bulls**t cause i just go 'on a roll' with exercise and was actually really enjoying it. Now by the time i actually can go back to the gym i will have lost some fitness and motivation. Grrrr
