WHOA! What happened to my losing streak. I suppose eating way too much (even of the good stuff) will hamper the weight loss, eh? ;)
No biggie! Tomorrow's another day :)

- 3 eggs, 1 yolk
LUNCH
- skipped it. got too busy to eat (not to good)
DINNER
- two eggs (minus yolk)
- Miso soup
SNACKS
- cottage cheese
- Philly cream cheese

Welllllll, I be darned!!!!
I've been losing a pound per day. Started this diet on Sunday. Have only had one sugar craving (last night), haven't cheated. Don't think I'll need to. Haven't done exercise, other than the usual dog walking for 15 minutes twice/day.
One thing I'm missing from this diet and my bodybuilding diet is eating fruits. Despite this, the results are super worth it.

TODAY I ATE:
BREAKFAST
- 2 hardboiled eggs minus the yolk
- small can of V8
LUNCH
- tuna salad with balsamic vinegrette
- old aged cheddar cheese
DINNER
- turkey salad
SNACKS
- 3 c. jello
- cottage cheese
- cheddar cheese

Just got back home. Today was a busy day. And at night, had bad cravings for something sweet. I have diet drinks and crystal light at home. But I want something diet to "eat" not drink.
So me and my hubby went to Superstore to look for "allowed" sweets. Good luck, right! There wasn't a whole lot, but after some searching, found Philadelphia Cream Cheese Light Strawberry flavour with only 2 g. sugar. It's like hitting the jackpot. I'm off to enjoy it now.
TODAY I ATE:
BREAKFAST
- 2 hardboiled eggs minus the yolk
- small can of V8
LUNCH
- tuna salad, balsamic vinegar
DINNER
- Wendy's chili
SNACKS
- old aged cheddar cheese
- Philadelphia Cream Cheese Light Strawberry
