Day 5 of plateau and no weight loss... how frustrating (rhetorical). On the HCG diet one way to break the plateau is to have a steak night. 8 - 10 oz. of lean steak, all fat trimmed, 1 green apple, and water or tea. I'm making a pitcher of green tea now. Here's hoping the scales will move in the morning!
