I was dreading this weigh in; although I tell others, "there is more to being a healthy weight than merely losing pounds" I like losing pounds and I knew that I felt heavier when doing pull-ups. But tonight I am happy to have dropped 3.7% fat and to see improvement in the fat around my organs (YEAH!). My BMI is up but I gained 2.3% of muscle(YEAH!) What a wonderful reason to gain weight while trying to lose it.

Not happy that I am loosing muscle. I guess I will look at cutting more sugar when I grocery shop and increasing my workouts. Injuries have really done a number on my summer plans. I look forward to getting back to a regular workout regiment.

I have been using the phone app for a week and I was down from 160.0 to 156.6 from last Saturday to 10:47am, Sunday, August 02, 2015. Today, I finally decided to synchronize to the website with my phone and I lost all entries made from the phone for the past week. I am glad I did not wait any longer. It is quite breath taking to see I was 144lbs two years go trying to get to 125lbs the last time I was here and somehow I dropped everything and ended-up at 160.0lbs before realizing I needed to get myself in check. So here's to beginning again. =-O I have been using FITBIT since December to monitor my activity level.
