I made it 3 miles today, but then I killed it by eating three pieces of pizza(small ones)but still 3. Although I didn't get a candy bar that a workmate was selling for the kids. Guess I halfway redeemed myself there, right now I feel like I'm doing pretty well.

Challenge started today, started off well and went to the rec center and walked 2 and a half miles. Tried to make it 3 but the legs were starting to feel like jello, maybe I can to to 3 by the end of the week. It's something to challenge myself to. Overall a pretty good day.

Thought I would get to sleep in but the alarm went off @6 and I couldn't get back to sleep. Got up and ate breakfast and started doing housework, actually got most of it done... It's so windy that I couldn't go outside so I went to town with my daughter and did some shopping, came home and did a kettleball workout(a lot more workout than I would have thought!). I feel better for being busy than just sitting around and not doing anything, like I have been until lately.

Dinner was ok last night. Ended up having fish & chips, fortunately the fish was dry and did'nt eat much of it since it was battered and fried. Gave in and had half of a small blizzard, funny how when you don't eat that stuff in a while it loses its appeal when you do have it.
