Worn out today, eating lots of little bits of crap again...tired is dangerous food zone for me...makes me lazy...still, I have not overeaten despite eating mostly nonsense, which is a bonus...
Moving along to tomorrow, and hopefully will get to bed before 6 AM and get some sleep...

Really pleased with my food today, so far at least.
Had strawberries and greek yoghurt for brekkie, and sushi for lunch...
Super light today (for me at least) as I am going out for dinner tomorrow, possibly having chicken tikka (if I can be bothered skewering them) and salad and a pitta bread for dinner, and more strawberries later, as I bought another kilo of em this morning...lovely...

Pleased with this 2lb loss, considering I have had KFC twice and BK once in the last week and a huge chunk of cheesecake last week...
I have been slightly more active than my usual sedentary self, but not a lot, but I have been busy with work, so not been doing nothing and have drunk a fair few coffees.
Looking forward to the next week, but tomorrow I am having a Tex-Mex as my uncle is here from Dubai so we are having dinner, my parents, uncle and aunt and my brother and of course myself and my other half...
I love burritos...so I expect I will have chicken burrito of some description...but who knows...I had veg chilli and nachos last time I went for Tex-Mex...

Had a lovely dinner, made Salad Nicoise, with tuna, had no french beans though, but really enjoyed it...followed up by some Cherry/Vanilla ice cream...oh and an Americano...

Missed out on making any entries yesterday.
Had a day of rubbish snacks, devoured (shared) a packet of snack sausage rolls, and jam doughnuts, latte coffee and had hot dogs for supper and an ice cream cone.
Lovely and crappy but did not go over my RDI which is a nice surprise, but I am much better at that these days, I know I am being naughty but also being able to stop much sooner these days and say I have had enough, back to better quality food soon I reckon...
