ok i had 3 girl scout cookies today. i have been so good. they were sooo yummy. oh well - at least i didnt eat the whole box. i just watched what i ate for the rest of the day ! :)

Ok good the weekend is over. i feel i have better control of my eating habits when i am at work. at home, i can munch on anything And its not that i munch on bad things. I will just sit there watching TV and eat a whole jar of peanuts. well they are yummy! :) So back to the work week, where i have to pack what i can eat.
Theres to a good week ! Bring it on .......

here i am back to dieting. i have not really cared or watched what i ate the past few months and have gained some of the weight.
I started the south beach diet yesterday. I have done great yesterday and today. I actually did a gradual diet change the week prior. Just eating less carbs and eating better. i think that was a great way to move back into the diet.
