Some products I highly endorse and used to loose 40 lbs quickly!

1. eas advantage edge carb control shake (Chocalate and Vanilla) (Sams)
2. Egg Beaters or eggs and egg whites
3. 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese in moderation
4. Jenny-o Extra Lean Turkey Breast. Zero Carbs very low fat
5. Chicken breast WITHOUT rib meat
6. Liquid Stevia (Not powdered stevia, nutrisweet, splenda or others tha contain carbs) Found at health food stores or online.
7. Fish oil as a supplement. Good fat in pill form. Helps burn fat
8. Alive vitamin in pill format (Fruit and veggie extract) one carb. Full day of fruits and veggie supply.
9. White Fish as much as possible. Salmon once in a while. (Sushi/rolls doesn't count dang it! Too many carbs).
10. Cabbott 75% Reduced Fat Cheddar (Walmart)
