Been keeping track of everything I eat. I've been doing really well at keeping it within my daily calories (-/+ 5 calories). Kind of surprised the hunger pangs have not kicked in big time yet. They are there, but as of now they are manageable. I've been trying to lose the weight I gained for 15 years now. I've even looked into gastric bypass, but don't really want to go that route. Yet. Hopefully I won't have to and this time I will be able to stick to it.

Restarted diet May 26th 2018.
I'm on my 3rd day now. I'm going to stick with it this time. Going to set small goals.
