Today is global cleanse day. I started mine at 8. Looking forward to being healthy again and working towards my goal weight.

Well hell, I thought I did better then that, that's ok, I got out and walked today, I haven't hit my step goal in a month and a half, hit it today then some. Starting the Ideal Shape up challenge on Monday and started the 30 day Isa today. Cleanse day tomorrow can't wait!

well definitely rang in the new year, now to get back on track. I really need to get my stress under control and not let it dictate my eating habits.

I must have consumed more salt then I realized and am retaining water even tho I drank half of my body weight in oz's. I will try not to let this deter me.
