Well even with the starting ups, downs, and frustrations of moving into my first apartment and with roommates on top of that, I managed to get back on track with my exercise, meal planning and prep to help me lose a little of 3 pounds. 💥💥🎉

This has nothing to do with weight, but does anyone else just have those days where everything starts off great. Then, one little thing goes wrong, and because of that everything else no matter how small makes you want to just snap at those around you even though it's not their fault? It doesn't happen to me often but today is one of those days and I just can't seem to shake it.
