Woo hoo! Back in the gold. Meals are way less calories when I can get home for lunch.

I am going to be very hungry today, saving my omad for 7pm dinner. It will be worth it as I feel my clothes getting bigger again. I'll just have to be happy with water and coffee for lunch.
