Okay so I gave up having 1200 calories a day. There is just no way I could function on that little with my activity level being as high as it is. Soccer at least three days a week plus the gym. Not to mention the 3 hours of rollerblading I did yesterday. I'm so sore from that. So I've bumped my intake up to 1500. Still enough to be losing weight.
I had sushi for lunch today. It's magical. There is almost nothing bad in it. Its all protein and vitamins. No wonder japanese people live so long. Also, you can't overeat on it. At least I can't. After about 4-6 pieces I start feeling queazy from the weird texture and that makes me not want to eat anymore. Its a good portion control method.

I've been watching a lot of the british diet show Supersize Vs Super Skinny. I love it. Two people, one very obese and one very small, trade diets for 5 days in an effort to correct both of their bad eating habits.
I'm so sore today, which is good. I went rollerblading for three hours yesterday. It was so exhausting. I'm really excited to get this weight off. My mom told me she didn't want me weighing less than 125 but my final goal is 115. That may not be healthy so I'll see how I feel/look at 120.
Its really annoying that weight watchers is so expensive, otherwise I'd be all over that. Dieting is kinda fun in a way. Eating healthy makes me feel good and a challenge is always exciting. Dinnertime is the biggest challenge. I'm always really careful about counting my calories throughout the day but in the evening I tend to just give up.
