I HAD A HORRRRIBLE WEEK AND SPLURGED LAST WEEK ALLLLL WEEK, PIZZA, MORE THAN A FEW MARGARITAS, BARBECUE, GRILLED STEAK.. BLAH BLAH BLAH.. YOU GET THE PICTURE.. I WAS SUCH A BAD BAD GIRL.. HEHEHEHE.. IT WAS A STRESSFUL WEEK AT WORK AND HOME AND JUST OTHER CRAZY EVENTS THAT JUST REALLLY THREW MY FOCUS OFF.. THATS OK... I GOT BACK ON MY WEIGH WATCHERS WAGON LAST SUNDAY AND LOST THE EXTRA 4.8 LBS I GAINED OVER LAST WEEK PLUS 3 MORE LBS! GOOD GAWWD TALK ABOUT SOME SERIOUS WATER RETENTION WITH ALL THE SALTY FOODS AND MARGARITAS I DRANK.. HAAAA...

Good news! I went to my weight watchers meeting yesterday morning. I didn't have a meeting last Sat because of the 4th of July Weekend shut down. I weighed in 4.8 lbs less!!!! I couldn't believe it..IT's the most I've lost in a two week period,, I've been averaging a 1-1.5lb a week loss, but I started a spinning class class (which by the way is a major "butt kicker" but soooo fun) and trying to get myself to eat my activity points more often with filler foods. I am soooooo excited and happy.. This is wayyyyy cool..
