Last night I allowed myself to cheat. I ate an Ice cream sandwich and I didn't enjoy it that much. I think I end up binging because I will tell myself that eating something is going to be amazing, but it is not. So, I end up eating many different things until I found something amazing(which usually is not the case) or I am too full and disgusted with myself, that I have to stop eating. Well it is back to phase one for another week, then I get to add some yummy stuff. Really all I want back is my nuts and beans!

I had surgery on my foot yesterday. I was going to try to not take my pain medicine. I had to take my pain medicine and it wasn't very helpful to my diet. I woke up @ 1 am and felt sick. I went to the bathroom and when returning to bed I must have blacked out. I felt like I was going to pass out, so I tried to hurry to bed. the next thing I knew, I was on the floor and my husband was trying to help me. I hit my head but I was okay. I ate a piece of wheat toast and I felt much better! I will try to stick to my diet as much as I can. This will only last a few days.

Yesterday I had a bad headache and went home from work and took a nap. I have still been craving icecream and junk foods! I hope the cravings go away and don't come back! I am still afraid of losing it and binging on everything in site! It is the worst feeling after a binge! I need to learn to control myself around other people. For some reason I over eat when friends are around. I have to learn that they should have no effect on what my actions are.

I have been treating my body like crap! I have been eating tons of junk that I normaly wouldn't eat, because I knew once I started my diet I wouldn't be able to eat that stuff. So today I started Fat Flush Plan again. I am happy to have control and not worrying about what I can and can not have. I did this diet before, so I already know what I am allowed to eat. I just hope I stick with it through phase 3! I am having surgery on my foot this week so I will have to be careful about eating to much. I will try to exercise as much as I can.
