After days of trying to keep this sore throat at bay, the sickness won this morning. Had to call in sick from work. Usually I love staying home, but not spending the time feeling crappy. I haven't worked put for the past few days because I was feeling too drained and sick. I think the strass of prepping for a work event may have contributed. Well, I'm still maintaining at the same weight, with some slight fluctuations, but averaging at about 137. It would be so excited to get below 135. One day last week, the scale showed 135, and I was so excited but I think that was just a fluctuation. Hopefully I'll be able to reach that number again in the next coming week. I shouldn't be so hard on myself. I did lose 5 lbs the last 2 and a half weeks. That really is great, I have to keep reminding myself. For some reason, I still believe that I can lose 1 lb a day. So unrealistic, but not sure why I keep striving for that. Still eating low carb. Haven't had any bread since I started. I bought samoas from my boss, and have managed to eat just 1 on a couple of days, and didn't have any at all yesterday. Gosh, I really miss chocolate =(
