Had my wisdom tooth pulled, so I can't eat half the things I usually eat for a few days. The dentist told me what I could eat but none of those are keto compliant. Ugh.
I will figure something out, probably a lot of broth, Isopure, and soft things for awhile.

Combination of normal water retention, learning that diet coke DOES stall me, and eating a couple hundred more calories than I should have for a few days. Sometimes these trial and error things need to happen to know how your body truly works.
Everything fits the same if not better, so I ain't even mad.
