Messin about again half of january and whole of February. Started fasting 1st of march with plan to fast 30 days. 4th day today the worst is behind me.

Day 3 morning. 2.4 kg less in 24 hours is not really explainable but must be water mostly. I use quite accurate nokia scale so this seems to be real. That motivates me a lot.
