Yesterday I only ate about 8-10 points and was at the gym from 8 to 10. Maybe thats the reason I still lost some weight. I still however feel guilty for eating so much Thanksgiving day and feel real lucky for not gaining. Next holiday I will definatly try harder because I know I may not get so lucky.

I ate to much I am really deprest now its hard to be motivated again its like there is no point in trying anymore. I feel really down. Maybe tomarrow will be better?!

I have been in New York for two days and Managed to stay on track with out even cheating once. The foods I ate were a little different but I was very careful with portion size. I was also able to do my walking although it was not my usual 1-2 hours I did manage 45 minutes or so. And today I weight in believing that it was still possible to see a bit of a gain since I was not counting points but there was no gain instead what I saw was a 2 lbs loss I was so happy with myself. I managed to do something out of my usual routine and not gain. Which I would not be able to do in the past that’s for sure. So I am really looking forward to see how I do this Saturday with my weight in. Hope its good news. Wish me lots of luck!

I am really happy with losing 2 lbs. I am looking forward to sticking with it and getting to my goal.
I am looking forward to my vacation in April with both my girls 5 and 1. We will be visiting my best friend there for a week or so. The last time I was there I had so much fun I nearly convinced my husband to move down there. And that was not for the weather. but for the reason that I really missed her and would love, Just LOVE to live close to her and her family. They are just so coooool. Her sisters are awesome and they too seemed to all have the weight issue like I do and we all felt that we can relate to each other in that form. I promised them all that the next time they see me it will be a much skinnier version of me. That was March 07. I just can’t wait. And I think I might be able to keep on track since this is a close yet attainable goal. Sorry this turned out to be a long journal. Ok I will be zipping it up. Hope you all have great goals ahead of you after all with out a good goal it becomes easier to lose focus and motivation. Good luck to us all!

Hey, I am back. I am going to give this another go. Really hope I stick to thinks this time around. I have not been my self lately but one think I know is that I am still unhappy with my weight and I really want to tackle it once and for all. I do not want to be "FAT" anymore. I am going to be visiting a good friend in April, 08 and I would really like to look good by then. At this time it’s my biggest motivation since she's seen how much I have been struggling with my weight for the last 6-7 years and she would really be impressed if I am able to do it this time. NO MORE TALK! I am going to stick to it and keep focusing on my goal. And unlike the times before I DO know I will have my bad days but I will get right back up this time around and continue my weight loss journey. And not let that just backtrack all the good work I have done up to that point. It seems as though I am always sabotaging my own accomplishments. Hope I do better this time. Wish me luck!
