makan sate 10tusuk jam segini... ^_^
mulai besok start disiplin lagi dech....
sebenernya saya mulai diet tgl 15 januari dg BB 59,5kg. 8 februari dah turun jd 56kg, sampe skrng ga turun2 lg... padahal makan tetap minimalis,, hanya memang ada camilan gorengannya.... ^_^
jdnya kmrn smpat kesel.... T,T jd hari ini ngikutin banget keinginan,,, ^_^
sarapan perasan lemon, pizza toping wortel&moza.
maksi ayam bumbu gule 1ptng, pizza wortelmoza, rengginang ikannlorju dr maduraaa yg super enaaaak 8bh, buah naga.
malam barusan sate 10tusuk+tahugoreng ^_^
berantakaaaan...
