Started BFL on 8/17/09 and just discovered this website today when looking for a breakfast recipe. I started at a weight of 154.4lbs, have been as low as 149 lbs...but went to Bear Lake over the weekend for a girls trip and am now 156 lbs. Fluctuations are hard, but fortunatley I believe my weight will indeed come back down. On the plus side I've gone from fat % 36.9 to 36.3, baby steps:) My goal is to get going on the Training for Life. I tend to count pilates and rock climbing as my exercises, I very much lack cardio.
