Chia seed pudding made with coconut milk. I used stevia to add a hint of sweetness and also added cardamom and some nuts to add texture and nutrition. Very Ketolicious! :-) especially if you like Kheer.

This is grilled Tofu in a Thai sauce with vegetables. Very nutritious and Ketogenic with hardly any carbs. On the side is a flax seed roti.

Ketogenic meal. Basic Caprese salad on top of low carb almond flour crackers. I prepared the pesto using basil from my garden. The tomatoes are also fresh from my garden. Cheese is mozzarella.

Winning (not losing) weight little by little. Reduction can be in spurts and stops and not linearly constant and that’s okay.

I’ve managed to lose 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks on a keto diet - lots of vegetables, fats, and some protein but no carbohydrates. I’ve used Fatsecret for long time now but This is my first journal entry. :)
