Oh man...been an awful couple days...haven't kept track of what I eat, forgot my antibiotics 2 days in a row and worked out 50% less than normal...EEEEEK...so overwhelmed with school (5000 word paper plus normal assignments due this week), Kaiden's birthday party and all the normal day to day stuff....will be doing my circuit training tonight to keep myself awake to finish this paper, then waking up with Kaiden to run...gotta stay focused!!!

Just finished a midnight circuit workout and shower!!! Now off to bed....long day tomorrow, up in 5 hours to run with Kaiden, drop him off at school, write 2 papers, take a test then pick him up! And that's a day off, lol...Will be trying to get an earlier circuit in tomorrow, maybe during the Bachelor finale!!!!

Earlier in the week weighed in a little lower, but promised myself to only record weight once a week to avoid seeing craziness on the graph...didn't do so hot with the diet with my dad in town yesterday, but I think it's ok to not be perfect all the time, lord knows i'm not going to live my life on a perfect diet...

So...three people told me yesterday that I look skinny---never complain about that! But it inspired me to jump on the scale last night before bed and it rang in 179.2!!! I don't want to record it because I really am trying to only record once a week...every saturday I will weigh myself before I leave work, because I want to be consistent and i know it can fluctuate through the week...I don't wanna record it and then weigh in tomorrow and see it go up!!! I was a little naughty on my diet today...really craving a frosty and chicken nuggets so I ate them, but minimal....and compensated for it at dinner, which was easy since i was full halfway through my food!!! I love how quickly our stomachs shrink...I was also bad with exercise, I'm still feeling really bad so the antibiotics aren't having the quick effect I expected...so I slept for a couple hours before work today...but i'm back in the saddle with kaiden tomorrow morning!!!

Did pretty well today...still craving Dr. Pepper but kid's in bed so can't leave him alone to go get it...have another early morning run scheduled at 7am but this time for at least 4 miles...no skimpy workout like this morning!
