Know i ate to much today -started off good - but went to a childrens birthday party and tben broght the ground children home to spend the night. Jsut tasted a bit of hot dog no bread - a bit of cake - a bit of pototoe salad then some beans and 1/2 a piece of tilipia had a couple fo table spoon of yugart - but drunk two soda today - so i am most likely closer to 1600 calories versus 1200.

trying to eat something for breakfast is driving up my calories count. but really i need to work on drinking water - i sub the coconut water because it taste better then the water - and i don't desire the soda. so 60 vs the 150/16o for s a soda is far better.

looks like I ate to much fat - need to reduce fat and carbs and up protein. The fats were good fats though - Olive oil and salmon
