I couldn't go to soccer today. I couldn't even walk when I woke up. My feet hurt so bad and I have no idea why! The balls of my feet just stung and ached every time I put pressure on them. They are doing better now. I ate a bit more than i would have liked this morning, but it was all healthy. I did some core and arm training because I couldn't do anything super active. Dumb feet. It might be from wearing shoes that don't give my feet any support.
I started my new arm workout. The main goal is to have perfect boobs. haha. And I just don't like my arms at all. They aren't flabby, but they just aren't toned either. I leave tomorrow for vermont! We have a house right one the lake so I plan to do a lot of swimming, the perfect toning exercise. Plus its fun and low-impact. :)

Bleh. Not doing so well. I'm eating way too much. Not unhealthy food mostly, but way too much. I need to slow it down. I think it will help if I plan out my meals in advance. And NO excessive snacking. A little healthy food in between meals is fine. I should probably start cutting down on my avocado regime and add a little variety haha. Tomorrow will be better and I will be able to weigh myself before vacation (tuesday).
Tomorrow:
Breakfast: Special K cereal with fruit. 1 boiled egg for protein.
Lunch: salad and some form of carbs.
Dinner: Not sure where i'll be so i'll wait on that one...
I didn't get much exercise today. Just a car wash fundraiser. But tomorrow I have soccer practice. I would write more but I'm super tired.

No hangover! Which is good because I get them super easily. I don't really feel like weighing in today, but I definitely will before my vacation. I'm also going to make sure I'm keeping my calories counted.
Guess what i'm having for breakfast! More avocado! I can't stop. I realize I have a problem with eating too fast, which can make you gain weight. So I'm going to work extra hard to break that bad habit. I'm going to make sure I take sips in between bites and savour my food instead of just wolfing it all down.
We have a small vegetable garden in our yard and, this year, my dad planted WAY too much lettuce. So I've been eating a ton of salad. I'm grateful for the massive quantities of home grown veggies. They are the best for you.
If I do well today I will work up the courage to weigh myself tomorrow. I don't have any exercise planned for today. Just a car was fundraiser for my soccer team. Supersize vs Super Skinny says that car washing actually burns quite a few calories. Even so, I might take a trip to the gym as well.

Not doing so hot today. I didn't completely fail, but I consumed more fat than I would have liked to. I went swimming at my friend's pool, jumped on his trampoline and did some biking. Tonight I'm going partying so there is a chance that I will be hungover tomorrow. Hangovers are the worst ever but they do help me drop weight super fast. I know thats not the healthiest way to lose weight, but I guess its just an added bonus to being drunk.
Still eating a ton of avocado. They are full of vitamins and polyunsaturated fats, which help you absorb vitamins. And they are good on basically everything. I have some that I bought stashed in a cooler in my room so my sister wont eat them.
I didn't eat all afternoon because I was busy with friends, so when I got home I ate a whole bunch. Well, just a salad and a tortilla with avocado( of course). My salad had avocado too. lol. I guess thats not too bad. I just don't want to count up everything i've eaten today. Or calculated how many calories I burned. Tomorrow will be better.

I didn't have the courage to weigh in today. I ate too much last night. Today I will do better. My day is pretty much filled with activities so I wont be tempted to snack. I think its going to be a really fun day.
I measured my hips for the first time in a while. Why are they so huge! a full 10 inches bigger than my waist. Yet i can feel my hipbones and there is nothing but skin covering them. I guess they are there to stay.
I'm leaving for vermont on tuesday! I'm so excited. My goal is to be 125 by then. ack! I just remembered that we don't have a scale in vermont! I'll need to be extra careful to not put the pounds back on.
