Well I have been keeping up with my food in the diet calendar. I have to eat more stuff everynight when I enter it. So today I ate a larger Breakfast. But at the last minute decided to have tacos and they added up quick. So needless to say I ate a little more than I would have liked. I walked for 30 minutes with my dog to burn some of it off. Macy (my dog) walks at a very fast pace. That helps me to stay at a real good pace. I had already exercised athemgirl told me about a awesome video called the Belly,Butt,&Theighs Boot Camp. Great video I am so sore. But those are the areas I need to work....and boy does she work it. I got my youngest son to take a picture of me in a bikini to send to my husband. I have not been in a bikini in a long time. I cant believe I could get into it. I never would have done that before. I hated the way I looked.

Well I am finally doing good at eating enough calories. I am trying to exercise everyday. I am hopeing this next weigh in will be different. I am ready to reach my goal.Then to maintain and work at not gaining it back God willing.

I can not figure out the exercise calender. It puts me sleeping 18 hours.When i change it my walking changes to 13 hours so exercise calender is way off. Help anyone know how to use it. On the resting is that where all the extra hours are supose to be? I am using my diet calender more it helps me to eat what I need. I had to eat more to keep my calories up. just when I think that I have ate enough I enter it in and I am off by 200 or more so eat more. But anyway I am tired so if anyone knows how to make this exercise calender work right please help. Good luck to all.

Well I weighed in and I lost nothing. I am not eating enough calories and should add a little more carbs to my diet. I decided to eat more and try and get the scales to move again. I am back to exercising and thought I was eating right. I started getting light-headed and went to the doctor to have it checked out. According to him I should be eating alot more calories. I have sent my body into a starvation mode. It is holding onto every thing I eat. I have got bad about not eating breakfast. So decided to add that again. I know to eat. I have killed my metabolism with yo yo diets in the past. It takes eating and exercising. I know this I hate to count calories but to get myself back on tract I will need to. I am going to teach myself this year to eat healthy and maintain a deciet weight without dieting. I will always have to watch what I eat and exercise. I did this to myself by dieting all my life.
