just think only three months till Christmas!. My plan is to be under two hundred by then and well on my way to goal. This last week has been rather tedious. I wonder if the full moon has anything to do with it.

o.k. my free fall in the last few weeks has come to a close. I know the old body has to take stock once in a while so it is counterproductive to focus on numbers. I have to look at what I am eating and how much I am moving. So a new week has begun. My goal is to stay on track and walk at least two miles a day.

weighed in today and lost another 2.4 pounds. Now I have to concentrate on this week. I'm hoping by thanksgiving (Canadian) I'll be over the forty pound mark. But i really have to go one day at a time.

well almost thru another week. Do you find weigh ins kind of like a restart? A way to set new goals? I really look at them as a way of facing up to myself. I can't put it off another day if I have had a bad week and If I've had a good one it is going to show on the scale. I know I Have to stop putting so much emphasis on the number and focus on the long term because this has to become how I eat (basically) for the rest of my life. Not just until the number is right.
