It's just been two days, but my weight has remained the same. When I got on the scale yesterday I just felt all out of whack and it read 266! Oy. Back down to 260.5 today, but for some reason I felt like I was going to lose more. I'm tracking my fertility signs(just started this month) and I think I'm about to get my period which might explain why I feel all bloaty.

25.5! Including the 6 lbs. I lost in the few months before starting Atkins, I've officially hit the (
less than!
) 25 lb. mark! :D

The last few mornings I've woken up starving. This isn't Atkins-normal for me and I'm wondering if it means I'm not eating enough or if I'm eating too many carbs. I even feel hungry right now. I just ate 4 eggs and a slice of ham so I'm drinking some diet soda and water; don't want to put more food in my belly. Perhaps earing a lot of nuts is throwing me off-- I ate an entire container of macademias yesterday. Only 7g net carbs, but wow a lot of fat and calories! Still losing weight and in high ketosis, though. No weight-loss today, which is fine, though I could tell the scale was struggling to register 262.5.
I am seeing a difference all over now. I regret not taking my initial measurements. I did measurements about 2 or 3 weeks ago and I have since lost at least an inch on all measurements but my wrists and ankles, which are 6 and 8 inches respectively, so those are pretty thin already. I notice my skin being looser, which makes me somewhat nervous because I don't want to get baggy. I do wonder occasionally about surgery once I lose all the weight. I am not a fan of plastic surgery, but I think it's not as bad when someone is.. like when they've been injured or deformed, I see that as reconstructive surgery. I think loose skin is more than just a superficial issue.. it seems like it'd be uncomfortable and. Anyway, my point, I'd like to avoid that, but am interested in learning more about what I can do to tighten my skin once I lose a lot of weight. I'm hoping with my exercising and taking the weight loss kinda slowly (slower than say weight-loss surgery anyway) and staying well-hydrated, I won't get super-bagginess. I also plan on getting pregnant sometime soon after hitting my goal weight.. I wonder if they recommend against skin removal if you plan on just stretching it out again.

The 260s are just slipping away! Just like the last two days when I knew I wasn't going to see a loss, I was sure I'd see a loss this morning, and I was right! Not sure how I can predict that, maybe it's just how I feel, bloated or not, retaining water or not. My fiance and I were talking and I pointed out that the days I didn't lose it was very, very hot out. I had a tiny sip of my fiance's soda yesterday and ate a bit of meat.
I also don't always don't record my weight if I don't see a loss.. well, if I went a week or so without one I would, but not just a few days.
I am watching the blob.. I just got the worst craving for toast with jam!
