Doing my own thing with nutrisystem mixed in here and there. Seems to be working. And I can make the nutrisystem foods last longer and not have to spend so much so often.

Back on track. Jst need to stay away from the glass of wine or the vodka during the week. After I drink I want to eat. Even after just one small glass of alcohol, I just feel like eating. No more of that.

SCREWED up! Damn. I vowed never to be 200 again, and even though I didn't break my vow, I came too close! I took off a couple+ weeks trying to eat my own foods, but my family and I found ourselves eating out ALOT. Back on track as of this morning.
