lunch 27 feb - veggie soup, more eggs, and veggie burgers. 588 calories - a little higher than my limit but i needed extra protein today for my heavy-lifting session.

last week I aimed for 400-600 calories per meal × 3 meals. Now that I'm comfortable with the new routine I will decrease slightly. Now my meals can be 400-500 calories each. that means focusing on the basics - protein sources and filling veggies and having slightly less of the fun things. however i will also be incorporating a daily treat, 1 square of dark chocolate. normally I'd eat all of it in 1 day but this way i get to enjoy it every day without having to eat less of my other foods.

dinner 26 feb - i had an extremely light dinner (125 calories) because I'd already had some snacks in the evening but i still felt hungry and I didn't want to go over my daily calorie limit.
